Most engagements are either project-based or ongoing. Project work tends to suit specific, defined deliverables. Ongoing support suits organisations or leaders who need consistent communications thinking across a period of time, not just a single output.
I keep a small number of clients at any one time, which means the work stays close and the support stays useful.
